DELIVERY POLICY

Please ensure you have the correct address, phone number and that the recipient will be there. We are much better designers than we are detectives. If we must go back a second time, the return tip may be eligible for an additional fee. Orders must be received by 2:30pm for SAME DAY delivery. While we do try to accommodate timed delivery requests, they are not guaranteed. Timed deliveries may have an additional fee. We DO NOT leave arrangements outside. We DO NOT go inside recipient's homes. We WILL call out of town recipients to confirm that someone will be there to recieve the delivery. Safety first- we will always put the safety of our staff first during inclement weather.
